MEXICO TRIP 2008
TRIP RULES & REGULATIONS



	*	The trip will be sometime during the end of January 2008.
		Once the date is determined, the winners must take the trip during
		those dates.
	*	Brokers Health reserves the right to set the trip production credit on
		any new or revised products or compensation schedules that may be
		 introduced during the qualifying period.
	*	All lapses will be deducted from total production points.
	*	Rewrites and internal replacements do not count towards production.
	*	More than one agent from an agency may qualify for this trip.
	*	This trip is non-transferable.
	*	Tax obligations resulting from this trip are the responsibility of 	
		the winner.
	*	Rules, regulations and premium production will be determined
		solely by Brokers Health company records.
	*	The qualifying period is from 1/1/2007 - 12/31/2007.  All qualifying
		Business must be enforced on date of the trip.
	*	In order to qualify you must submit cases/policies.
	*	All business submitted in the qualifying period that is paid and
		does not lapse, shall count towards agent’s total production.
	*	Brokers Health reserves the right to alter this trip program at its
		discretion. (i.e. hurricanes)
	*	The rules and conditions set forth in this brochure convey the
		company’s general intent.  Should any circumstances arise
		bringing about inequities for winners and/or company, the company
		reserves the right to modify rules for any individual or for the
		traveling group.  Should unsettled national conditions or other
		factors indicate that modification or termination appear advisable,
		the company reserves such right, but will substitute other
		destinations or arrangements of equal value.
	*	Agents must be in good standing and contracted with Brokers Health.
	*	Brokers Health and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any
		injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or 
		irregularity arising out of or relating to its participation in this trip.
		By agreeing to participate in this trip, winners and their guests agree
