- Maximum Out-Of-Pocket

FAMILY - $11000

| 2007 IRS Limitations on Qualified Long-Term Care Insurance Premiums |

The Internal Revenue Service recently announced
the 2007 deduction limitations on qualified long-term
care insurance premiums. See the age-based chart
below:
Attained age before close of taxable year - Maximum
deduction
- 40 or less - $290
- More than 40 but less than 50 - $550
- More than 50 but less than 60 - $1,110
- More than 60 but less than 70 - $2,950
- More than 70 - $3,680

Michigan - Next Generation HSA & Triple Tier
New business rates decreased 10%
- New Short Term Application - effective
1/1/07
American Community has updated the
Short Term Application
to reflect new rates effective January 2007. Please
destroy your existing stock and begin using the new
application immediately. FORM NUMBERS for Indiana
and Michigan have been updated so use only forms
that have "Rev 11/06".
