American Community has been busy updating agents and brokers - In case you missed some important ones:
- 2009 Guidelines for Health Savings Accounts
- States: ALL
- Effective: January 1, 2009
- As Issued by the Treasury Department and the IRS
- The Treasury Department and IRS issued new guidance on the maximum contribution levels for HSAs and out-of-pocket spending limits for High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) that must be used in conjunction with HSAs. These amounts have been indexed for cost-of-living adjustments for 2009. American Community will increase the current deductibles and out-of-pocket minimums included in our policies as a result of this increase.

Medalist II - Discontinued for New Business
