- $35 co-pay now added to the $5000 & $10,000 deductible on Max Plan & CoreMed for 2/1.
- Maternity wait reduced from 9 months (270 days) to 3 months (90 days) for conception available 1/1.
- New enhanced Dental plan available as both an add-on option and stand alone.
UNDERWRITING UPDATES!
- New paper express app with rate sheet attached; can be faxed to UW.
- 10% Deductible credits given to both new and existing clients (with proof of coverage) on Max Plan, Core Med & One Deductible plans for 2/1 effective dates.
- Beginning Q2 2008, all policies are now renewing on 12 months cycles rather than 9.
- Improvements to Pre-Ex Limitations - if disclosed on application, no pre-ex.
